The union of two people in holy matrimony is always a special event. Thus, people who are close to the couple should choose wedding gifts they know the newlyweds will like and will be able to use. Although there are thousands of possible gifts out there, it is really not that difficult to find the perfect gift if you keep a few simple tips in mind.

~The easiest way is to check if there is a bridal registry where you can simply buy one of the specific gifts the couple has chosen.
~If you can’t find something in the registry that you can afford or feel right giving, use the existing list of gifts to get a sense of the couple’s style. This will help you choose another, less expensive gift that the bride and groom can also cherish.
~You can also choose something that expresses a bit of your own personality. Recipients also appreciate receiving gifts that will let them think fondly of the giver whenever they use or see the item.
~If you are really having trouble choosing, opt for the foolproof, standard wedding gifts. Some good examples are fine picture frames and matching terrycloth robes with monograms.

Give them personalized wine coasters. Have these customized with engravings of your friends’ initials and the date of your wedding day. A corkscrew is also a good gift for groomsmen. wedding scrapbook paper

I preferred to make my own album to house my wedding pictures rather than go with the one offered by my photographer. He’s an excellent photographer, no doubt about that, but I just wanted to create it as exactly as I saw how our wedding happened.

I decided I wanted to make a scrapbook so I could put in many touches of our motif, and hubby is fine with my idea. I was able to find my wedding scrapbook paper at a bookstore that had been downtown all along but I never noticed (but I’m now glad I did!). Apart from the color motif, I also used a lot of leaves, bamboo twigs, and flowers, since we had an outdoor wedding. I decided against cutting the photos, though; I kept their original shape and deviated by using different borders instead.

espresso blends

Coffee and espresso blends get me up and running in the morning, and all throughout a busy day at the office. On the average, I consume about 4 to 5 cups a day. But then I found myself drinking more.

That was when I discovered my secretary switched brands and is now giving me smooth espresso blends. This is coffee just the way I like it! I have the sneaking suspicion that a lot of my guests drop by just for the coffee!
