Before I got married a few years ago, I was experimenting homemade crafts. When I was planning my wedding I decided to give candle wedding favors. I thought about doing them myself until I decided I had enough stress planning the wedding that perhaps I could just buy candle wedding favors instead. It turned out to be a good decision. None of the candles I had done came out as creative and as elegantly packaged as the ones you can buy in wedding stores and online.

There are so many kinds of candle wedding favors available. You can choose from different sizes: you can get small round tea candles, pillar candles and even tall taper candles. You also have a wide range of colors to choose from depending on your wedding color motif. You can also get candles with scents. Lastly, you can even personalize the candles by having your names and your wedding dates printed on the candle wrapper or holder. You can also choose from several wrappings and packaging.

ring bearer pillows

Weddings are occasions you either love or detest. Some people enjoy every minute and every speech while others can’t wait for it to end. Generally speaking, weddings are a fun and lovely event. The wedding party is all dressed up, the bride never looked prettier and the flower girls and ring bearers are adorable. The flower girls walk down the aisle with their flower girl baskets while the ring bearers walk holding their ring bearer pillows.

Ring bearer pillows are usually covered in satin. The pillow is where the wedding rings are placed. The ring bearer walks down the aisle carrying them. The best man then gets the rings from the ring bearer. He stands beside the groom during the vows and hands the rings to the priest, judge or minister.

Planning a wedding can be an enjoyable process or a stressful one. Being organized from the beginning is key to enjoying your planning process. Starting your planning early will give you enough time to resolve the unavoidable hitches that should be expected. Have a good working relationship with people whom you expect to help with the preparations. Treat the event as a continuing party of family and friends that will culminate in a beautiful wedding exactly as you planned it.

Make a list of all the events and put a timetable on each. Make a list of all the wedding accessories that need to be attended to. Assign members of your family and close friends to be in charge of each one. Your job is to make sure that everything is coordinated. You will be the conductor who will be orchestrating each and every choice, your most important job is to be relaxed and look your prettiest on your wedding day.

In the past couple of years, the term “bride-zilla” has become a byword. Often when brides-to-be tend to obsess over their wedding preparations they are labeled as such. I come from a big, loud and boisterous family. We always look forward to occasions where we can all get together. A wedding is one such occasion wherein we get to see relatives and friends whom we haven’t seen in a long time. Being Asian means that we always try to infuse a little of our culture in weddings. Having Asian themed wedding favors is one way of sharing our heritage with the guests.

bride fitness

A new sports craze amongst women is sweeping the nation. It was born out of necessity. It is called bride fitness. It is basically a short term sports and wellness program, usually 8 to 12 weeks, to get the bride to be in tip top shape on their wedding day. It is usually unsustainable because of its extreme measures but can be use to jumpstart a sporting regimen.

Sometimes all one needs to get up and exercise is a push and an amazing short term results. Once that goal is achieved, 10-30 lbs sometimes more, it would be easier to stick to a normal fitness regimen that’s not as rigid. To do this kind of regimen, one has to strong willed and determined. No one is more determined that a bride to be trying to lose inches to fit in their perfect wedding dress. That’s why bride fitness works. Most bride fitness wellness programs combine both workouts and diet at the same time.
