Get ready for your big day by losing some weight or toning your body so you’d look fabulous in your wedding gown. Nobody needs to convince you that your wedding will be one of the most memorable days of your life. And although it’s not feasible to dream of having a Barbie doll body, you can get into the best shape you can by doing bride workouts weeks before the big day.

There are many exercises for brides that offer lots of opportunities for customization. You can do them alone or with a friend. Pop in the DVD and do some exercises in the morning and others at night. Combine high-impact and low-impact workouts or a combination of both. Place a bottle of water nearby, grab some free weights and your exercise mat and get to work on those muscles as soon as possible.
